Afcon Holdings Secures $13 Million Data Center Project
Afcon Holdings Group has announced it will undertake air conditioning work for a server farm project, valued at approximately 49 million shekels (around $13 million USD). The project is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2027. This contract involves a server farm with a capacity of approximately 40 megawatts of IT power, further expanding Afcon's involvement in the data center sector.
Afcon specializes in complex, systems-intensive projects, including electro-mechanical systems, control and automation, and communication infrastructure. Dudi Harari, CEO of Afcon Group, stated that the current project is a significant step in growing the company's server farm operations, a field experiencing substantial growth and investment in advanced infrastructure. He emphasized Afcon's extensive experience with complex projects and its commitment to strengthening its position in this market within Israel.
Afcon Holdings, traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, operates in systems and technology, covering electro-mechanical systems, control and automation, communication infrastructure, renewable energy, and storage. The company is part of the Shlomo Group.
