Maccabi Netanya is set to host Hapoel Haifa in the third round of the Israeli Premier League, aiming to build on their momentum after a significant 4-1 victory over Beitar Jerusalem. The team, nicknamed 'The Diamonds,' will make one change to their starting lineup, with captain Karam Jaber replacing Grigori Morozov. Morozov's injury is not serious and he is expected to be available for the next match.

Despite Bassam Zaaroura returning to full fitness, he will start on the bench due to the strong performance of the midfield trio in the previous game. Coach Roni Levy has emphasized to his players that Hapoel Haifa has studied their tactics and will be prepared for their successful strategies against Beitar Jerusalem. Levy also highlighted the need for additional solutions to counter Hapoel Haifa's approach.

Levy cautioned his team against complacency, stating, "We haven't done anything yet, and people are talking about the win against Beitar, which is nice, but we are only in the second round." The club is also in negotiations to sign midfielder Johan Torres and is looking to acquire at least two more foreign players, a defender and a winger, though these discussions will be put aside during the match.

Meanwhile, Hapoel Haifa, coached by Haim Silvas, will be looking to secure a positive result away from home. The league match is scheduled for Monday evening.
