Ofer Winter Accuses Private Investigators of Attempted Home Intrusion

The "Amcha Yisrael" party claimed on Sunday that an attempt was made to infiltrate the home of its chairman, Ofer Winter, last week. According to a party statement, a team of individuals, allegedly private investigators, arrived at Winter's home and waited for over an hour outside his residence. The statement described the individuals as "thugs" who identified themselves as media personnel after being surprised but presented no credentials.

The party further stated that the individuals attempted to enter the rear driveway of Winter's home when they believed the family was leaving, but were encountered by one of Winter's daughters, who felt threatened and filed a police complaint. Winter, who was nearby, reportedly located the suspects as they tried to leave the settlement and documented their vehicle.

"Amcha Yisrael" condemned the alleged attempt to intimidate and intrude upon the private space of its members and their families, vowing not to tolerate threats, surveillance, or violence, especially against family members. The party also framed the incident as part of its mission to eliminate violent and thuggish behavior from the public sphere and to foster a new political discourse, promising a response at the ballot box.
