Man Seriously Injured in Violent Incident in Rahat
A 47-year-old man sustained moderate injuries, including a penetrating wound, during a violent incident in the city of Rahat in the Negev region on the evening of September 5, 2026. The Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency services' Negev region dispatch center received a report at 8:53 PM regarding a person being brought to a private clinic in Rahat.
MDA medical teams provided initial treatment to the injured man at the scene. He was subsequently transported to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva for further medical care.
