Bar Navi Signs With Hapoel Ironi Tiberias FC

Midfielder Bar Navi has signed a one-year contract with Hapoel Ironi Tiberias FC, with an option for an additional season. Navi, who previously played for MS Kiryat Yam and Hapoel Petah Tikva, joined Tiberias as a trialist a month ago.

The club is also continuing negotiations with Rotem Hatu'el, who met with coach Moti Krispil, though a decision on his signing has not yet been made. Tiberias is also seeking to sign a foreign defensive midfielder.

An attempt to sign Ailson Tavares, a foreign midfielder from Beitar Jerusalem, was unsuccessful as Tavares declined Tiberias' offer, stating he was not interested in a move. Meanwhile, the team is preparing for its upcoming match against Maccabi Petah Tikva.

Kais Ganam and Itamar Shviro are fit and will be available for the game, with Shviro expected to start. Mansour Badji is recovering from an injury and has begun individual training but will miss the match against Maccabi Petah Tikva.

Coach Alon Ziv acknowledged the team's late start to preparations and the challenges ahead, emphasizing the need for team unity and tactical adjustments. Player Ron Unger expressed confidence in the team's ability to remain in the league, viewing the returning suspended players as key reinforcements for October.
