Feiglin: Technical Bloc Only, Identity Party to Separate Post-Election

Moshe Feiglin, leader of the Zehut party, has stated that his party and the Religious Zionism party will operate as separate entities with distinct goals following the upcoming elections. Feiglin addressed past tensions with Religious Zionism chairman Bezalel Smotrich, with whom he had previously agreed to run on a joint list.

"We can also forgive. We are in the month of mercy and forgiveness, and I forgive sincerely," Feiglin said in an interview with 103FM. He explained that he understands how political campaign pressures can lead individuals to make certain statements, having experienced them himself. "I have forgotten it already," he added.

Feiglin clarified that the joint list is temporary, describing it as a "technical bloc." He emphasized that Zehut is a completely separate party from Religious Zionism, though he expressed respect for them. "We will run a separate campaign and operate separately afterward. After the elections, each goes their own way, unequivocally," he stated.

Feiglin expressed confidence that Zehut will secure five Knesset seats in the upcoming elections, and believes the alliance with Smotrich will bring a double-digit number of mandates.
