Hasidic Leaders Reunite in Jerusalem, Recalling Shared Past
The Grand Rebbe of Vizhnitz-Monsey, currently visiting the Holy Land, made a late-night visit on Tuesday to the Jerusalem residence of his brother-in-law, Rabbi Ze'ev Ernster. Rabbi Ernster serves as the Av Beit Din (head of a rabbinical court) for the Ma'or HaChaim neighborhood in Jerusalem.
During their meeting, the two prominent Hasidic figures engaged in a lengthy conversation filled with nostalgic memories. They reminisced about their youth, recalling a time approximately sixty years ago when they were both under the tutelage of their revered grandfather, the late Grand Rebbe of Vizhnitz, known as the 'Imrei Chaim' of Vizhnitz.
