Actress Kim Or Azulai Shares Postpartum Realities After Birth

Israeli actress and model Kim Or Azulai, 23, has shared her candid experience of the postpartum period just days after welcoming her first child. Azulai and her husband of 18 months, basketball player Yiftah Ziv, are adjusting to parenthood, with Azulai admitting the reality is far from the "pink and glamorous" image often portrayed online.

In a post timed with the start of the school year, Azulai reflected on the profound transition to motherhood. "The truth? It's not pink, not glamorous, and not easy," she wrote, explaining she hadn't touched her phone for five days due to the overwhelming adjustment. She expressed a need to process the "miracle" and "gift" of her child.

Azulai extended gratitude to the medical teams at Ichilov Hospital, including the midwives and doctors who cared for her, and Professor Wellman and Dr. Ariel Gimple who supported her throughout the pregnancy. She also thanked her doula, Irit Angel, for providing crucial confidence during the birth.

She further praised her support system, including her mother, their families, and her husband, calling him her "most stable and strong anchor." Azulai plans to share more details about her experience later.
