A source close to the Kuwaiti government told Kan News that Iran's actions are part of an "incomprehensible and unjustified policy." The source added, "Instead of Iran making an effort to save itself from drowning, it is trying to drown others with it." Iran announced it had attacked American targets in four regional countries overnight, threatening to "punish" nations cooperating with the United States. Regional countries are focusing on defensive measures and external condemnations, with some expressing frustration over the current status quo but still seeking to avoid escalation.
