Teenager With Special Needs Allegedly Raped for Hours in Sharon Area

A 13-year-old girl with special needs is suspected of being raped for approximately two hours in a shelter in the Sharon region last Friday. The girl had met a group of teenagers and went out with them. She initially called her father late at night to pick her up, but the next morning, she asked him to drive her back to meet the same group.

According to the suspicions, the teenagers directed her to a local shelter and asked her to come there. Upon arrival, she was allegedly taken inside and raped for about two hours while being threatened with a knife. The suspects are also accused of physically harming her with the knife during the assault. The perpetrators fled when they heard footsteps outside the shelter.

The girl managed to exit the shelter and was found by a neighbor on the ground, to whom she recounted the assault. She was taken to the hospital for treatment, and the police launched an investigation. Two minors, reportedly no older than 15, have been arrested in connection with the incident.

The victim's mother described the event as a "cruel rape," stating that her daughter was held for two hours with a knife to her throat, subjected to brutal abuse in every direction.
