Luxury Car Stolen in North Found in Rahat; Three Arrested

Police in Rahat arrested three young men over the weekend after they were caught driving a stolen Porsche. Officers on patrol noticed the luxury vehicle during an operation targeting property crimes in the city. The Porsche raised their suspicion, leading them to stop it for inspection.

Further investigation revealed the car belonged to a resident of northern Israel, who confirmed it had been stolen. The three occupants of the vehicle, aged 18, 19, and 22, were subsequently arrested on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle. They were taken to the Rahat police station for questioning.

This incident follows a similar case in February, where two Rahat residents were arrested on suspicion of stealing two vehicles from Ashdod. In that instance, one suspect was apprehended after a police chase, while the other was caught driving one of the stolen cars.
