MK Gottlieb Accuses Netanyahu's Son, Aide of Orchestrating Disputes
Member of Knesset Tali Gottlieb has launched a sharp attack against Yair Netanyahu, son of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and advisor Yoni Aurich, following the exposure of text messages between Aurich and Eli Feldstein. Gottlieb asserted that the exchanges prove Aurich is working to create conflicts and division among senior figures, and claimed Yair Netanyahu is acting "on behalf" of Aurich.
"Yair Netanyahu is a puppet on a remote control by Aurich, who created a conflict and is fanning a non-existent conflict between me and the Prime Minister," Gottlieb wrote. Feldstein responded pointedly, sarcastically recalling Gottlieb's past appearance at his and Aurich's remand extension hearings. "When did you realize all the bullshit you're writing? Wasn't it you who went to the trouble of attending Aurich's and my remand extension hearings with fanfare to 'defend' and cry out about the injustice in the fake case investigation? By the way, don't you want to make a full disclosure of who was operating you and writing your tweets for a period?" Feldstein taunted.
Feldstein did not specify whom he was referring to, leaving open the central question: who, according to him, was operating Gottlieb and writing her tweets? The confrontation comes against the backdrop of Gottlieb's disappointment with the Likud party's primary election results. Gottlieb is demanding a protected spot on the party's list for the upcoming elections, and simultaneously, negotiations are underway with the Otzma Yehudit party regarding a potential move to that faction.
