Prison Guards Charged in Death of Security Prisoner, Assaults

Twelve Israel Prison Service (IPS) officers have been indicted for the "reckless endangerment" death of a security prisoner and the assault of eight other inmates. The indictment, filed by the State Prosecutor's Office, details a pattern of violence and neglect that allegedly led to the prisoner's death.
