Israel Air Force Strikes Gaza; Special Forces Reportedly Exposed

Intense explosions were heard in the Gaza envelope on Tuesday morning following Israeli Air Force strikes in the Gaza Strip. Arab media reported approximately 10 explosions in western Gaza City, with Israeli aircraft flying at low altitudes. Palestinian reports indicate at least one fatality and several injuries resulting from Israeli fire, though the number of casualties may be higher.

Concurrently, Arab sources reported the exposure of an Israeli special forces unit in the area of the American Hospital in western Gaza. However, it is possible these were operatives working with Israel rather than direct IDF forces. Hamas-affiliated channels claimed these operatives attempted to abduct a senior Hamas figure in western Gaza City. According to these reports, an exchange of fire occurred after the unit was exposed, with Israeli aircraft intervening.

The strikes are part of ongoing IDF operational activity in Gaza, aimed at dismantling terror infrastructure and neutralizing immediate threats to Israeli forces and civilians. In the past week, dozens of militants who violated the ceasefire, including senior Hamas commanders, have been eliminated.
