Israeli Soccer Player Dia Saba Leads Amedspor to Victory Over Trabzonspor

Israeli midfielder Dia Saba played a pivotal role in Amedspor's 2-1 home victory against Trabzonspor in the Turkish Super Lig on Monday. This win marks Amedspor's second of the season. Saba was involved in both of his team's goals. Trabzonspor's star player, Mohamed Salah, scored the opening goal in the 11th minute. However, Saba drew a penalty when his cross hit a defender's hand. Although his teammate Mbaye Diagne missed the penalty, Yira Sor scored on the rebound in first-half stoppage time to equalize.

The winning goal came in the 90th minute, with Saba delivering a free-kick that led to a goal by Gift Orban. This victory follows Amedspor's historic first win in the top flight earlier in the season, where Saba also scored twice. In a separate match, Israeli player Niv Eliasi was on the bench for Levadiakos in their 2-0 home loss to Panathinaikos in the Greek League.
