Netanya Man Charged with Multiple Sexual Assaults, Including During House Arrest

The prosecution has filed an indictment against Eliyahu Ganach, 22, from Netanya, for a series of indecent acts against women in the city, some of which occurred while he was under house arrest. The indictment details that Ganach exposed himself and performed sexual acts in front of women in residential buildings in Netanya. Subsequently, after being investigated and released to house arrest, he violated the terms of his confinement. While riding a motorcycle, he drove onto a sidewalk and grabbed a female pedestrian's buttocks. According to the charges, on a single day, Ganach acted similarly towards 10 different complainants in 10 separate incidents. While riding his motorcycle, he approached women walking on the streets and grabbed their buttocks, legs, or breasts.
