Radio Host Eyal Berkovich Cuts Ties With Friends Over Netanyahu Support

Radio host Eyal Berkovich caused a stir on Monday during a live broadcast on 103fm, stating he has severed ties with friends due to their support for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Addressing fellow host Erel Segal, Berkovich declared, "I cannot stand that you are blind, that you are slaves. I have friends with whom I have cut contact because they are Bibi-ists." He clarified that while he personally respects Segal, he strongly opposes the views associated with Netanyahu's supporters.

Berkovich also commented on Netanyahu's interview the previous night on Channel 14's program "The Patriots." He observed what he perceived as unusual behavior from the Prime Minister, remarking, "This is the first time I've seen Netanyahu afraid of someone. Wow, how he fears Ofer Winter," suggesting Netanyahu appeared intimidated during the interview.
