Man Murdered in Tel Aviv Shooting Identified as Muhammad Katwan

Muhammad Katwan, a resident of Jaljuliya, has been identified as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred on Leib Ben Sara Street in Tel Aviv. Shortly after the initial incident, another young man sustained serious injuries from a separate shooting on a nearby street.
