Amir Saeiti Set to Leave Hamburg This Week Amid Multiple Offers

Amir Saeiti, the Kosovar forward currently under contract with Hamburg, is expected to transfer this week according to German reports. Saeiti, who joined Maccabi Tel Aviv last season and quickly became a key player contributing to their cup victory, reportedly wants to leave Hamburg. Although there was speculation about a possible return to Israel, that option now appears closed.

Saeiti holds several offers from clubs in Germany's second division and other countries, and he is likely to accept one soon, potentially finalizing a move by early next week. He was not included in Hamburg's most recent friendly match against Toulouse, which ended in a 2-1 win, and only made a brief substitute appearance in a 2-2 draw with Lille, fueling transfer rumors.

Hamburg is undergoing a squad overhaul, having recently signed Albert Gronbek for 4.7 million euros, Martin Adelin for 4 million euros, and Tremo Mofi for 2 million euros. The club also sold Fabio Balda to Strasbourg for 7 million euros. Last season, Saeiti made 18 appearances for Maccabi Tel Aviv across all competitions, scoring four goals and providing four assists.
