Amir Saeiti Set to Leave Hamburg This Week Amid Multiple Offers

Amir Saeiti, the Kosovar forward currently with Hamburg, is expected to transfer this week as he seeks to leave the German club. Saeiti, who joined Maccabi Tel Aviv last season and quickly became a key player in their lineup, winning the Israeli State Cup, had been linked with a possible return to Israel. However, reports indicate that option is now unlikely as he holds several offers from Germany's second division and other countries. He is anticipated to finalize a deal and depart Hamburg by early next week.

Saeiti was not included in Hamburg's most recent friendly match, a 2-1 win over Toulouse, and only made a late substitute appearance in a 2-2 draw against Lille, fueling speculation about his imminent exit. Hamburg is undergoing a squad overhaul, highlighted by significant signings such as Albert Gronbek for 4.7 million euros, Martin Adelin for 4 million euros, and Tareem Mofi for 2 million euros, alongside the 7 million euro sale of Fabio Balda to Strasbourg.

During his time with Maccabi Tel Aviv, Saeiti made 18 appearances across all competitions, scoring four goals and assisting four more. His departure from Hamburg marks another step in the club's restructuring efforts as they prepare for the upcoming season.
