Israeli Border Police Conduct Nationwide Multi-Scenario Emergency Drill

The Israeli Border Police (Magav) launched a large-scale emergency preparedness exercise on Thursday across the entire country and in the West Bank. The drill, directed by Magav Commander Brigadier General Yitzhak, involved rapid deployment of special forces to various sectors to practice swift transitions from routine to emergency status.

The forces trained to handle complex, multi-front terror attacks, civil emergencies, and large-scale operations simultaneously. The exercise aims to test and enhance operational readiness, combat effectiveness, and the ability to mobilize forces promptly upon command.

Due to the widespread deployment of security and emergency units, increased activity is expected on main roads and various locations throughout Israel and the West Bank during the coming hours. Authorities have urged the public to remain vigilant, follow police instructions, and avoid gathering near drill areas unless necessary.

The security establishment emphasized that the forces will continue to operate with high alertness and readiness in both routine and emergency situations.
