Israeli Police Conduct Nationwide Emergency Drill in South, Jerusalem, and West Bank

The Israeli Police are currently conducting a large-scale nationwide exercise across the southern region, Jerusalem, and the West Bank as part of their annual training and operational preparedness for emergency situations. The drill includes complex, multi-scenario emergencies such as terror attacks and civilian crises, involving extensive deployment of forces.

The exercise also focuses on command and control processes and inter-agency cooperation. During the drill, there will be a noticeable presence of security forces, patrol vehicles, helicopters, and emergency vehicles on main roads and various locations within the relevant sectors.

Police have warned that there may be temporary roadblocks and changes to traffic arrangements. They have urged the public to remain alert, follow police instructions, and avoid unnecessary gatherings near the exercise areas. The drill is expected to continue for several hours.
