Three Women Indicted for Assaulting Man Over Parking Dispute in Kfar Yona

Israeli police announced on Thursday that three women have been indicted for attacking a man with clubs following a parking dispute in Kfar Yona. The incident involved four women, including a Prison Service officer, her sister, and two others. The Prison Service officer was questioned under caution and released, while indictments were filed against the other three women. The Prison Service stated it takes any conduct violating the law and organizational values seriously and is reviewing the officer's case internally alongside the police investigation.

According to the police, the altercation began with a verbal dispute between the man and one of the suspects over a parking spot. Afterward, the suspect contacted her sister, who, along with two additional women, arrived in a vehicle to locate the complainant. They spotted his car, blocked it, exited their vehicle, and assaulted him with clubs, causing injuries including a head wound that required medical treatment. The man's car was also damaged during the attack.

The case drew attention after footage of the assault was circulated on social media. The Prison Service emphasized that disciplinary measures will be taken based on the investigation's findings. The police continue to investigate the incident, which highlights tensions that can escalate from disputes over parking in Israeli towns.
