Grilled Mullet Recipe with Garlic, Lemon, and Fresh Herbs
This recipe by Noam Zigdon details how to prepare grilled mullet fish with a garlic, lemon, and herb marinade, serving four whole mullet fish. The marinade consists of half a cup of olive oil, six crushed garlic cloves, one teaspoon of sweet paprika, and one teaspoon of salt. For the stuffing, finely chopped coriander and parsley (half a bunch each), four sprigs of thyme, lemon zest, one teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of ground black pepper are combined.
To prepare, mix all marinade ingredients thoroughly to form a uniform sauce. Coat the fish evenly with the marinade and massage it well. Mix the stuffing ingredients separately, then cut a slit in the belly of each fish and fill it with the herb mixture. Grill the fish on a greased grill for about six to seven minutes on each side until browned. Serve hot and enjoy.
