Specific project highlights include Hadera’s location between the forest and city center with access to highways and a nearby train station; Ramat Hasharon’s new complex in the renewing Morasha neighborhood close to Tel Aviv; Ramat Chen’s three towers near parks and future light rail stations; Kiryat Ono’s "HaOren" neighborhood with proximity to major transport and amenities; and Ofakim’s modern development in the growing "Afikei HaNahal" neighborhood near Beersheba, offering significant tax benefits for eligible residents.
