A three-year-old toddler died in northern Israel after falling down stairs and suffering severe injuries. Medics performed prolonged resuscitation and evacuated him to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Israel Police has opened an urgent investigation into the circumstances of the incident near Barta'a.
