El Al’s frequent flyer company sent Cal a warning letter demanding it stop promoting the FlyAll credit card, alleging consumer deception and false comparisons with FlyCard. Cal rejected the claims, saying FlyAll offers a simple and transparent value proposition. El Al is also asking for campaign materials to be removed and for the alleged confusion to be corrected.
