Israeli authorities expelled French journalist Alice Froussard on Thursday after the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs said she had made anti-Israel statements, including remarks about October 7, Gaza and apartheid. Her employer, RFI, condemned the move as a blow to press freedom, while Minister Amichai Chikli said supporters of Hamas and the boycott movement would not be allowed into Israel.
