New Haredi Party Forms Rabbinical Committee of 15 Leading Rabbis to Guide Activities

The newly established Haredi political party, 'The Haredi Public,' has announced the formation of a rabbinical committee comprising 15 rabbis to oversee and guide the party's activities and address key public and ideological issues. Among the prominent rabbis named are Rabbi Yehoshua Peper, Rabbi Yitzhak Bar Chaim, and Rabbi Yossi Ben Arza. Rabbi Peper is known as the rabbi of the 'Or Hadash' community and was recently a judge in the court of Rabbi Asher Weiss, while Rabbi Bar Chaim is a founder of the Haredi Nahal and has long supported frameworks for the Haredi community in the Israel Defense Forces.

This committee is part of the party's ongoing institutional development following its recent launch. The party aims to establish a rabbinical framework to accompany decision-making processes and address current issues. Concurrently, 'The Haredi Public' has expanded its grassroots activities and launched an election campaign across Haredi cities and communities.
