IDF Destroys Hamas Ambush Site Near Hospital in Northern Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) struck and destroyed a building in Jabalia, northern Gaza Strip, on Tuesday that served as a Hamas ambush point and weapons cache. According to an IDF spokesperson, several militants were killed during the operation. The building was located approximately 50 meters from the 'yellow line', the agreed boundary, and posed a direct threat to IDF forces operating in the area under the existing agreement. It was also situated about 70 meters from Kamal Adwan Hospital and 170 meters from a nearby school. The IDF stated that the site was used to plan terrorist attacks against Israeli forces and to attempt to restore Hamas’s operational capabilities. The Southern Command continues to deploy security forces in the area to neutralize any immediate threats, maintaining vigilance in accordance with the agreement.
