Belz Rebbe Walks Between Beit Shemesh Neighborhoods During Elul Strengthening Journey

During the Elul Saturdays strengthening journey, the Belz Rebbe traveled on foot across Beit Shemesh last Shabbat. He led the Shabbat prayers and the traditional Shabbat evening gathering (tish) at the Brad synagogue in Beit Shemesh D neighborhood. Later, he conducted the Shabbat meal at the Vizhnitz synagogue in Beit Shemesh G neighborhood. After Havdalah, the Rebbe proceeded to the city streets for the 'Kiddush Levana' moon sanctification ceremony. On Saturday night, he made a notable visit to the home of Rabbi Moshe Sternbuch, a prominent halachic authority, who was spending Shabbat with his yeshiva students in the city.
