Young Man Stabbed Near Jordan Valley Shopping Center; Attacker Flees

A stabbing attack occurred near the village of Ouja in the Jordan Valley on Sunday morning. According to initial police investigations, a man in his 20s stopped his car on Route 90 beside a shopping center. While standing outside his vehicle, an assailant nearby suddenly attacked him from behind, stabbing him in the shoulder before fleeing the scene.

The victim was evacuated in moderate condition to Shaare Zedek Medical Center, where he is now stable and fully conscious. Medical teams are conducting further imaging tests to assess his injuries.

Police and IDF forces are actively searching for the suspect, described as a young man. Forensic teams from the Judea and Samaria district are collecting evidence at the scene to aid the investigation. Security officials have reviewed surveillance footage from nearby stores to assist in tracking the attacker.

Emergency responders from Magen David Adom and United Hatzalah provided on-site medical care before transporting the victim. The police continue to investigate the circumstances of the stabbing and coordinate with military units to locate the perpetrator in the area.
