Chef Dudu Otmazgin Opens 22nd Patisserie Branch in Rehovot Mall

Chef-pastry chef Dudu Otmazgin has inaugurated the 22nd branch of his patisserie chain in Israel, located in the Ofer Mall in Rehovot. The new outlet, which opened on August 19, 2026, spans approximately 50 square meters and was established with an investment exceeding one million shekels. It features a Parisian patisserie-inspired design, combining a seating area with a display of the chain's pastries and desserts.

The branch offers a variety of freshly made daily products including croissants in multiple flavors, eclairs, tarts, mousse cakes, petit fours, tortes, and seasonal items. Otmazgin's chain has been operating in Israel for over 25 years and is currently exploring international expansion opportunities in cities such as New York, Barcelona, London, and Dubai.

The Ofer Mall management views the new patisserie as part of a broader culinary expansion strategy aimed at attracting visitors by providing leisure experiences beyond shopping. This move aligns with efforts to enhance the mall's appeal through diverse gastronomic offerings.
