Israeli Extremists Attack Border Police and Attempt to Set Fire to Palestinian Olive Groves in West Bank
Israeli security forces evacuated an outpost near the Palestinian village of Deir Istiya, located in Area B of the West Bank, overnight. After the evacuation, extremist Israelis blocked a junction in the area with stones and proceeded to throw stones at Palestinian vehicles and the Border Police force. Several Border Police vehicles sustained damage from the stone-throwing, prompting the force to respond with crowd dispersal measures.
During the incident, three Israelis attempted to steal a tractor that had been confiscated at the site by climbing onto the trailer. Additionally, approximately 60 Israelis blocked the Emmanuel junction with stones and tried to set fire to Palestinian olive groves. Four individuals were arrested in connection with these actions.
