Bereaved Israeli Families Protest Jared Kushner's Talks with Hamas Leader Khalil al-Hayya

The families' advertisements accuse al-Hayya of responsibility for the abuse of hundreds of Israeli and American women, and the murder and kidnapping of hundreds of Israeli and American children. They question Kushner's legitimacy in negotiating with someone they hold accountable for these crimes.

The Forum emphasizes that for those who have paid a heavy price in the conflict, Hamas leaders responsible for such acts cannot be considered legitimate partners in political dialogue. They warn that these negotiations risk strengthening Hamas's position in the Gaza Strip. This protest follows a demand made last week by the same families to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Security Cabinet, calling for an immediate return to decisive military action in Gaza. They argue that the lack of Israeli initiative endangers southern Israeli residents and IDF soldiers.
