These deceptive messages urge recipients to pay quickly to receive a reduced fine, but the Directorate cautions against acting hastily. Instead, individuals are advised to independently verify the message content on the official website of the local authority it claims to represent. The Directorate also recommends avoiding clicking on unfamiliar links or entering personal information through them. If anyone suspects they have received a fake message, they are encouraged to report it to the National Cyber Directorate's 119 center.
