Man Killed and Another Wounded in Shooting in Northern Israeli Village of Manda
On Tuesday evening, two men were shot in the northern Israeli village of Manda. Ibrahim Mandalawi, a former school teacher, was critically injured and later died at the scene. The second victim sustained moderate injuries. Israeli police launched an investigation, stating the incident was criminal in nature. Officers arrived promptly, conducted searches for suspects, and began probing the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The initial emergency call was received at 22:09 by Magen David Adom, whose paramedics performed resuscitation efforts on Mandalawi before confirming his death. Since the start of the year, 161 people have been killed in the Arab community in Israel.
