Families of Fallen Egoz Unit Soldiers Launch Memorial Journey at Nimrod Fortress

The Egoz Unit, which lost 31 soldiers during the recent war, has yet to add their names to the official memorial monument for its fallen. In response, the bereaved families have initiated a commemorative project at the Nimrod Fortress memorial site in northern Israel to honor their loved ones. This initiative aims to restore the unit's memorial ceremony, which had been canceled in recent years due to the absence of the fallen soldiers' names on the monument.
