Likud's Hanoch Milwiczky Accepts Low Primary Result, Wishes Success to Winners

Hanoch Milwiczky, chairman of the Knesset Finance Committee, responded to the preliminary results of the Likud party primaries on Tuesday morning during the Kippot Barzel program. Milwiczky was placed 22nd on the list, a position considered unrealistic for securing a Knesset seat. He accepted the outcome gracefully, emphasizing the democratic process and wishing success to those who will represent Likud in the 26th Knesset. Alongside Milwiczky, other prominent figures found themselves outside realistic spots on the list, including Ministers May Golan and Avi Dichter, as well as Knesset members Idit Silman, Nissim Vaturi, Ariel Kallner, and Sasson Guetta. The results reflect a notable shake-up within the party's candidate rankings ahead of the upcoming elections.
