Tomer-Yerushalmi was recently filmed by a News 14 investigator refusing to answer questions about the case or the potential plea deal. The case centers on the leak of a video related to the investigation of Unit 100 soldiers in the Shde Teiman affair, which critics say was edited misleadingly and accompanied by unsubstantiated allegations. The leak sparked public controversy and raised questions about the conduct of the military prosecution and law enforcement agencies.
