Big Brother Winners Talya Ovadia and Shachaf Raz Showcase Dream Jerusalem Hills Estate

Talya Ovadia and Shachaf Raz, winners from the reality show Big Brother season 12, have settled into their expansive new estate in a small moshav in the Jerusalem Hills. Six months after moving in, the couple revealed their modern villa, which sits on approximately 25 dunams of land valued between 10 and 15 million shekels. The property features a two-level villa with a large terrace, private pool, lush greenery, and panoramic mountain views. The estate was purchased with a mortgage in partnership with Talya’s parents, who also live on the property alongside Talya’s brother and the couple. Plans are underway to build an additional house on the same land.

The villa’s design includes a glass wall facing the scenic landscape, a kitchen with purple and black tones, an open bathroom with glossy green tiles, and a vintage colorful door. Talya, 33, and Shachaf, 37, share their daily life mainly in the yard, living room, kitchen, and their stylish bedroom. The pool area serves as a tranquil retreat, while the living room is a family gathering spot. Shachaf acknowledged the challenges of moving away from the city, including distance from family and friends, but said the views make it worthwhile.

Talya expressed that living close to family was always a dream, and she feels supported by her family, which has embraced Shachaf as one of their own. She also shared her openness about expanding their family, noting that while having one child keeps life busy, she hopes for more children in the future. The couple plans to offer a home tour soon for their 445,000 social media followers.

Shachaf praised Talya’s determination and ability to overcome obstacles, crediting her with making their dream a reality. The couple’s story highlights their transition from reality TV fame to building a peaceful family life in the Jerusalem Hills.
