Big Brother Winners Talya Ovadia and Shachaf Raz Showcase Their Dream Jerusalem Hills Estate

Talya Ovadia and Shachaf Raz, winners from the 12th season of the Israeli reality show "Big Brother," have settled into a spacious estate in a small village in the Jerusalem Hills about six months ago. The couple, who won a million shekels and third place respectively, live with their nearly one-year-old son, Yaar, in a modern two-level villa surrounded by approximately 25 dunams of agricultural land. The property, valued between 10 and 15 million shekels, features a large terrace, private pool, abundant greenery, and panoramic mountain views.

The estate was purchased with a mortgage in partnership with Talya’s parents, who also share the home with the couple and their brother. Plans are underway to build an additional house on the same land. Raz praised Talya’s determination and ability to overcome challenges, saying she focuses on goals rather than obstacles. Talya expressed that living close to family was always a dream, and she feels supported by her family, dismissing concerns about potential marital strain from living with relatives.

The couple shares glimpses of their life on social media, highlighting their stylish home with a glass wall facing the landscape, a kitchen in purple and black tones, an open bathroom with shiny green tiles, and vintage doors. Raz acknowledged the challenges of moving away from the city center, including distance from friends and familiar routines, but finds comfort in the natural surroundings.
