Darg Hasidim Move to Emmanuel After 30 Years in Bnei Brak; Rebbe Visits Community

For the first time since its founding, the Darg Hasidic community has seen several families relocate from Bnei Brak to the city of Emmanuel in the West Bank as part of a dedicated housing project. This marks a historic and unprecedented move for the Hasidim, who have lived exclusively in Bnei Brak for over 30 years near the residence of the Darg Rebbe. Previous attempts to establish communities elsewhere in Israel had not succeeded until now.

To commemorate this milestone, the Darg Rebbe made a historic visit to Emmanuel last night to support the new community. During his visit, the Rebbe conducted the traditional "Shulchan Tahor" meal in honor of Rosh Chodesh Elul, delivered inspiring holy teachings to prepare the Hasidim for the upcoming High Holy Days, and led the evening prayer service. After the festive gathering, he toured the city, including a special visit to the local "Kahal Hasidim" study hall.

This relocation and the Rebbe's visit signify a new chapter for the Darg Hasidim, expanding their presence beyond their long-established base in Bnei Brak and strengthening their community in the West Bank settlement of Emmanuel.
