Composer Aryeh Blum Releases Emotional Hasidic Single Featuring Young Choir

Composer Aryeh Blum has released a new Hasidic single titled "Vehashiv," a heartfelt prayer expressing hope and longing for complete redemption. The song combines an authentic Yiddish melody with rich musical production, conveying the divine promise of Elijah the Prophet's arrival to gather the exiles and return them to Jerusalem. Unlike many singles performed solo, Blum collaborated with his fifth-grade students from the Monkach Muncy children's choir, who add a layer of innocence and sanctity to the piece. The young soloists Eli Tirnaur and Moshe Ephraim Hershkovitz bring emotional depth to the song, which centers on the message that God remains our true Father even in times of exile and distance.

Blum himself composed the warm, traditional Yiddish tune that has become his musical signature, reflecting deep yearning for redemption while preserving Hasidic authenticity.
