Israeli Content Creator Shirly Levy Breaks Down in Tears Missing Her Late Sister

Israeli content creator Shirly Levy was overcome with emotion after attending a concert by singer Kobi Peretz on Monday night. Although she shared joyful Instagram stories during the event, Levy broke down in tears at home while listening to Peretz's hit song "The One of My Life." She dedicated the song to her younger sister, Shiran Levy, who tragically died nearly 11 months ago in a fatal motorcycle accident in Rehovot.

Shiran, who worked as a delivery person at a pizzeria, suffered a severe head injury in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. She was due to enlist in the Israel Defense Forces shortly before her untimely death. Shirly expressed her deep grief on social media, calling Shiran her "partner" and saying, "I miss my sister so much."

In the months following the tragedy, Shirly has shared how she has been strengthening her faith, attempting to observe the Sabbath in small steps despite the pain. She also recounted a chilling moment after the shiva when she noticed that the first chapter of Psalms her sister had marked corresponded to the Hebrew date of her death, which she interpreted as a sign from her sister's soul.

Shirly also expressed gratitude for the spiritual support she received from Rabbi Nava Yossefshvili during her darkest moments, crediting her for helping her maintain faith and grow stronger in love.
