H&M launches its first dedicated app in Israel, adding COS and & Other Stories
H&M has expanded its digital shopping presence in Israel with the launch of its first dedicated customer app, starting Sunday. The company says the app is meant to make shopping faster, easier and more personalized, while giving users direct access to the brand’s content, collections and promotions.
As part of the Swedish group’s broader offering, the app also includes its premium labels, COS and & Other Stories, along with H&M Home. The company says this creates a broader lifestyle experience that spans fashion and home design.
Through the app, customers will be able to browse new collections quickly, receive daily inspiration and ongoing updates, and access exclusive offers reserved for app users. The app will also give selected customers early access to launches.
H&M is also emphasizing the app as part of its wider fashion identity, built over years of high-profile collaborations with designers including Stella McCartney, Magda Butrym and Maison Margiela. The move follows the company’s earlier digital rollout in Israel, when its online store launched in September 2022, and comes about six months after COS and & Other Stories introduced their own local websites in Israel.
