Man from Petah Tikva Charged with Rape After Impersonating Holocaust Survivor

The Central District Prosecutor's Office has filed charges against 22-year-old Adiel Eliyahu Michael Cohen from Petah Tikva for sexual offenses including rape. According to the indictment, Cohen encountered the victim while she was walking her dog and asked her to sit on the grass, then touched her inappropriately and attempted to kiss her. Although she expressed disinterest, she agreed to meet him near her apartment building after he falsely claimed to be a "Nazi survivor." The indictment alleges that Cohen entered her apartment against her will, forced oral sex on her, and raped her despite her resistance. He faces charges of rape and indecent acts.
