Israeli Fighter Sagi Koren Wins Grappling Title in Amsterdam with Three Submission Victories

Israeli mixed martial artist Sagi Koren, who holds an undefeated 8-0 record and the bantamweight belt in the Tuff N Uff organization under the UFC Fight Pass, secured another title at the Grappling Industries competition in Amsterdam. Competing in the professional 70 kg category, Koren was scheduled for five matches but fought only three after two opponents withdrew, one by last-minute forfeit and another due to injury. He won all three bouts by rear-naked choke submissions against competitors from Germany, Myanmar, and Russia. This victory adds to his achievements following his March win of the Tuff N Uff bantamweight championship, where he also defeated Andrew Garthe with a rear-naked choke, becoming the first Israeli champion in a UFC-affiliated organization. Koren is currently awaiting his next MMA fight and potential UFC opportunity.
