YouCC Expands by Acquiring BLeader to Strengthen Cloud and AI Leadership in Israel

YouCC, the cloud and cybersecurity company within the Okteli Group, has acquired BLeader in a strategic move to solidify its position as a leading Israeli firm in business transformation through cloud, data, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. BLeader brings expertise in developing technology strategies for data and AI, building data engineering platforms, advanced analytics, and managing complex AI projects for major enterprise clients. Recent BLeader projects include collaborations with prominent organizations such as Shufersal, Maimon Direct, Papaya Global, AudioCodes, ONE ZERO, Unilever, and Calmobile.

Following the acquisition, BLeader will continue to operate as a subsidiary within YouCC, maintaining its management and areas of specialization. Amit Shaked will remain CEO of BLeader, leading its operations and joining YouCC's executive team. YouCC CEO Rimon Cohen stated that the integration with BLeader represents the next phase in their growth strategy, emphasizing that organizations now seek a single partner to guide them comprehensively through cloud infrastructure transitions.
