Israeli cybersecurity company Cyera is in advanced talks to acquire Oasis Security in a deal potentially worth around $1 billion, according to Globes. The payment is expected to be mostly in Cyera shares, with approximately 30% paid in cash. Founded in 2022, Oasis Security develops solutions for securing non-human identities, including service accounts, access keys, tokens, API connections, and AI agents.
